Information collected
The assessment form collects your name, company, work email, property city, state or region, country and address, property type and coverage concern. Phone and additional project details are optional. Submitted campaign parameters, the page path and referring hostname may be attached to the inquiry. Do not submit sensitive plans, patient information or other unnecessary personal information.
Purpose and storage
Information is stored in the site’s server-side database to review requests, coordinate follow-up and manage potential projects. Inquiry and prospect records are restricted to the authorized owner account. Authorized hosting providers process data needed to operate the website. Floor-plan uploads are not enabled.
Security and spam prevention
The site uses HTTPS hosting, server-side access checks, validation and submission rate limits. For abuse prevention, a daily-derived IP hash and hourly request counter may be held temporarily. The application cleans expired rate-limit records during later submissions. No system can promise absolute security.
Analytics, cookies and third parties
No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are enabled. Campaign parameters may be kept in session storage for the current tab so they can accompany your inquiry. The hosting platform may use authentication cookies and operational logs to provide private access and security. Email delivery and appointment scheduling are not connected. This notice must be reviewed when new integrations are activated.
Retention and requests
In this preview, records remain until the owner removes them through an administrative maintenance request; automated deletion is not configured. Before launch, ACE must approve a retention policy and publish a working privacy contact for access, correction and deletion requests. Personal information is not sold by the application.
Prospect research
The private workspace stores owner-entered business opportunities and source links from public materials. The owner records evidence, buying intent and public business contact details. Automated visitor identification and automatic outreach are not implemented.
