Coverage is only part of a good Wi-Fi experience.
Slow applications, unstable video meetings and poor roaming may come from interference, capacity, backhaul, device behavior or access-point placement. Wireless surveys and network review help locate the actual bottleneck before hardware is replaced.
Make guest, staff and operational needs explicit.
Plan access for employees, visitors and business devices, with segmentation and access policies appropriate to the organization. Review density, roaming, cabling, switch power, internet service and management responsibilities. A clinic, warehouse and hotel need different designs.
Survey, design, tune and support.
ACE supports wireless surveys, design, deployment coordination, optimization, guest access planning and ongoing troubleshooting. Validation should use relevant applications and realistic occupied conditions. Document the configuration and establish an agreed support scope.
Applications and practical benefits
Corporate offices, clinics, hotels, schools and campuses need connectivity for staff applications, visitors and business devices. An appropriate design considers capacity, roaming and access policies as well as coverage.
The infrastructure behind Wi-Fi
A typical solution includes access points, Ethernet cabling, network switches, power over Ethernet, management services, routing and internet/backhaul. Placement, channels and access controls are configured around real applications and devices.
Common questions
Will Wi-Fi solve poor cellular coverage?
Wi-Fi calling can help on compatible devices and services, but depends on configuration and network quality. It is not a universal replacement for cellular or public safety coverage.
Can we reuse access points?
Possibly. Review equipment capability, support status, placement and application needs first.
